L'immigration du prophète « Hégire »
L'émigration du Prophète Mahomet, autrement connue sous le nom de Hijrah, ne visait pas à fuir la mort, ni à craindre, ni à renoncer à ordonner le licite ou à interdire l'illicite. L'émigration s'effectuait en obéissance aux ordres d'Allah. Pendant la saison du Hajj, lorsque les gens se rassemblaient, le Prophète (paix et bénédictions d'Allah sur lui) les appelait à l'islam et leur disait : « Dites : il n'y a de Dieu qu'Allah, et alors vous réussirez.»
Le Prophète était très patient avec les blasphémateurs. Ses compagnons supportèrent de nombreuses formes de torture, comme le fouet, les coups, l'emprisonnement, le bûcher et l'exécution. Pourtant, lorsqu'ils obtinrent le soutien et l'aide d'Allah, ce fut comme s'ils s'étaient transformés en un roc inébranlable. Leurs battements de cœur pieux et leurs supplications silencieuses ébranlèrent les cœurs et les trônes des mécréants.
Considérez les paroles de notre maître Mahomet après que le peuple fut venu trouver son oncle Abou Talib et lui demanda : « Que veut ton neveu de sa conversion à l'islam ? S'il veut un statut social, nous le lui accorderons, et nous ne ferons rien sans sa consultation. S'il veut de l'argent, nous le collecterons pour lui jusqu'à ce qu'il devienne le plus riche d'entre nous. S'il veut nous gouverner, nous lui donnerons le titre de roi. » Mais le Prophète (paix et bénédictions d'Allah sur lui) dit à son oncle : « Même s'ils plaçaient le soleil dans ma main droite et la lune dans ma gauche, je ne renoncerais pas à cette conversion à l'islam. » Aucun prophète n'a abandonné la conversion à l'islam, ni n'a négligé sa conversion à cause des épreuves ou des calamités qui l'ont frappé. Les blasphémateurs convinrent de tuer le Prophète (paix et bénédictions d'Allah sur lui). Ils encouragèrent un homme de chaque tribu à le frapper simultanément avec leurs épées, afin que son meurtre soit perçu comme commis par toutes les tribus et qu'aucun membre de sa famille ne puisse se venger. L'ange Jibril vint trouver le Prophète (paix sur lui) pour lui exposer leur plan machiavélique. Il lui ordonna de ne plus dormir à l'endroit habituel.
Le Prophète appela alors ^Aliyy Ibn Abi Talib et lui ordonna de dormir sur le même lit que le Prophète et de se couvrir du même manteau vert. ^Aliyy s'exécuta. Un groupe de jeunes blasphémateurs encercla la maison du Prophète (paix sur lui), en sortant, ramassa une poignée de terre et la répandit sur leurs têtes tout en récitant les versets 1 à 9 de la sourate Yâsîn.
Chers frères en islam, le verset 40 de la sourate At-Tawbah signifie : « Et il (le Prophète) disait à ses compagnons de ne pas s'attrister, car ils étaient soutenus par Allah.» Le compagnon mentionné dans ce verset est Abou Bakr as-Siddiq. Ce verset ne signifie pas qu'Allah est physiquement présent avec eux dans la grotte, car l'Islam affirme qu'Allah existe sans lieu. Le sens réel de ce verset est plutôt qu'Allah les soutient et leur donne la victoire sur leurs ennemis.
Allah le Tout-Puissant sauva le Prophète avec la plus fragile des toiles d'araignée. Une araignée tissa sa toile autour de l'entrée de la grotte où se trouvait le Prophète. Non loin de là, deux colombes avaient pondu et, par la volonté d'Allah, le Prophète ne fut pas vu par les blasphémateurs. Les croyants attendirent patiemment à Médine l'arrivée de leur Prophète bien-aimé sur leur terre. Certains se rendaient chaque jour aux abords de Médine pour l'attendre, d'autres grimpaient aux arbres pour voir s'ils pouvaient l'apercevoir au loin.
À midi, par une journée très chaude, les Ansar sortirent en groupes nombreux aux abords de Médine, comme d'habitude, attendant l'arrivée du Prophète. Ils entendirent l'un d'eux crier fort : « Celui que vous attendiez est arrivé. » Avec enthousiasme, des centaines de personnes se sont précipitées pour accueillir et saluer leur maître, le prophète Mahomet, tout en chantant.

The Immigration of Prophet ”The Hijrah”
The immigration of Prophet Muhammad, otherwise known as the Hijrah, was not about running away from being killed, nor was it about fear, or a retreat from bidding the lawful or forbidding the unlawful. The Hijrah was done in obedience to what Allah had ordered. During the Hajj season, when the people gathered, the Prophet peace be upon him used to call them to Islam and say to them: “Say no one is God except Allah, and then you will succeed”.
The Prophet was very patient with what the blasphemers had done to him. His companions tolerated many types of torture, including whipping, hitting, imprisonment, burning, and execution. Yet when they gained the support and aid from Allah, it was as if they had turned into a solid rock that could not be scratched. Their pious heartbeats and their silent supplications shook the hearts and thrones of the disbelievers.
Consider the words of our master Muhammad after the people had come to his uncle Abu Talib and asked: “What does your nephew want out of his call to Islam? If he wants status, we shall give him it, and we will not do anything without his consultation. If he wants money, we will collect it for him until he becomes the richest amongst us. If he wants to rule us, we shall give him the position of king“. But the Prophet, peace be upon him, said to his uncle: “If they were to place the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left, I would not leave this call to Islam“.There is not a single prophet who left the call to Islam, nor is there a prophet who neglected the call to Islam due to hardships or calamities that had overcome him. The blasphemers agreed to kill the Prophet, peace be upon him. They encouraged one man from each tribe to hit the Prophet with their swords simultaneously so that his murder could be seen as done by all those tribes and so that no one from the Prophet’s family could seek revenge. Angel Jibril came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, telling him about their evil plan. Angel Jibril ordered the Prophet not to sleep in the same place he used to.
The Prophet then called upon ^Aliyy Ibn Abi Talib and instructed him to sleep on the same bed that the Prophet used to sleep on and to cover himself with the same green cloak that the Prophet used to cover himself with. ^Aliyy did this. A group of young blasphemers surrounded the Prophet’s house. On his way out, the Prophet, peace be upon him, picked up a handful of dirt. He sprinkled it on their heads as he recited Ayahs 1-9 from Surat Yasin.
Dear brothers in Islam, Ayah 40 of Surat At-Tawbah means: “And he (the Prophet) would say to his companion not to be saddened, for they had support from Allah.” The companion mentioned in this Ayah is Abu Bakr as–Siddiq. This Ayah does not mean that Allah is physically present with them in the cave, because Islam states that Allah exists without a place. Rather, the actual meaning of this Ayah is that Allah is supporting them and giving them victory over their enemies.
Allah the Almighty saved the Prophet with the weakest spider’s web. A spider spun its web around the entrance of the cave where the Prophet was. Nearby, two doves had laid eggs, and by the Will of Allah, the Prophet was not seen by the blasphemers. The believers waited patiently in Madinah for the arrival of their beloved Prophet to their land. Some would go to the outskirts of Madinah every day waiting for him, others climbed trees to see if they could see him coming in the distance.
On the midday of a very warm day, the Ansar went out in many groups to the outskirts of Madinah as usual, expecting the arrival of the Prophet. They heard one of them yelling loudly and saying: “the one you have been waiting for has arrived”. Enthusiastically, hundreds rushed out to welcome and greet their master, Prophet Muhammad, while chanting.
